The Mera Monitor desktop application and the servers sync every 10 minutes. The data can sometimes take longer to sync.
Here are some possible reasons for a delay in data syncing:
A slow internet connection (on the user’s side)
Antivirus or firewall restrictions (on the user’s side)
High traffic on the servers (which will resolve itself when there is less traffic).
Therefore, if your desktop app shows more tracked time than what is shown in reports, it means that some time has not been synchronized yet.
